The colors were so thick and rich in these pieces.  There definitely are a few formations with in these abstracts.  Look for a phoenix in the first one to the left.   Look for an exploding sun or star in the center piece and an octopus floating through space in the third.

All of these three Hawaii abstracts were inspired by the volcano on the big island, the stars at night from Haleakala and swimming in the ocean Lahaina and Napili side of Maui.
